Purely Bright Cleaning is an owner-operated home and holiday rental cleaning business serving Sydney. This notice explains how we handle information shared through this website and when you contact us about our services.
What we collect
Our quote forms ask for your name, email address, suburb and postcode, property size and preferred cleaning frequency. Each form records the service you are requesting. Your message is optional, and the holiday rental form also offers optional linen and consumable restocking preferences. If you contact us by email, we also receive the information you choose to share during that conversation.
Please only share information needed to discuss your cleaning request. Do not include payment card details, passwords, alarm codes, door access codes or other sensitive information in the form.
How we use your information
We use your details to understand your cleaning needs, prepare a quote, respond to your enquiry and follow up about availability or booking arrangements. Submitting a quote request does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Website and form services
We use Netlify to host this website and process quote form submissions. Netlify may process and store information outside Australia, including in the United States. You can read more in Netlify’s privacy policy.
Our email service also processes messages and replies sent to our business email address. Service providers may process technical information, such as an IP address, to deliver and protect their services.
Cookies and analytics
We have not added advertising trackers or analytics tools to this website. Our hosting and form services may still process technical information needed to operate the website and help prevent spam or misuse.
Your questions and requests
You can contact us to ask about your information, request access, correct details or request deletion. We may need to confirm your identity before responding. Some information may need to be retained for legal or record-keeping obligations, and we will explain any relevant limitation when responding to your request.
